I recently watched a presentation on satanism in rock music. This led to me wonder why someone would choose satan over Jesus Christ. Why would you choose the darkness rather than the Light? What does satan promise to people than is better than everlasting life?
If a person believes that the devil exists, does he not think that God exists? Do they think that there is only the evil one and nothing else? Is it their belief that there is no life after death and they really won't have to give anything to the king of lies? Or maybe they believe the first lie that they can become like God?
I am truly perplexed by this. If there is anyone out there who can explain this to me, please do.
