The worse the weather is, the better your hair will come out that day. Then it will be destroyed by the hat you need to wear or the rain and/or the humidity.
The day before your hair appointment, your hair will come out great and you will think, "Hm, should I cancel?". Never cancel because then your hair will look horrendous until you get it done.
Be prepared for rain the day of your appointment. I don't care if there isn't a cloud in the sky. I went one time on such a day. It was warm so I didn't even have a jacket. As I was sitting there, I watched the storm coming and the deluge begin. Fortunately, it passed and the sun came out but you never know!
